                    Lesson Plans combined with Risk Assessments

This method of training is widely used by training professionals and is a proven and extremely effective way of teaching. Our instructor works with the trainee In-House instructor compiling a Risk Assessment of the task to be taught. A lesson Plan is then generated as the safe and correct procedure for carrying out that particular task.
Throughout the procces the trainee In-House instructor is coached in this method so that he can then compile and produce further lesson plans for other activitys and tasks on behalf of the company. Subject matter taught in this process includes:

The Principles of Instruction, Task Analysis, The Role of the Instructor, Questions and Answer Technique's, The use of Training Aids, Safety: The Instructors Responsibility, Preparing a Lesson plan, Presenting a Lesson & Training in a practical and Logical Sequence.

At the conclusion of the course your In-House Instrutor will have the skills to deliver structured and well defined objectives, the ability to adapt training to cater for all leaning styles and have the confidence to manage the training environment and delegates.
